Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from helpscrubs. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will advise on the return and exchange process.
